5. Open Data from Database

从数据库中打开数据

To recall data saved in a database use the function "Open Data" from the menu Database (1):

使用数据库菜单中的“打开数据”功能查看保存在数据库中的数据 (1):

A new window opens which allows to specify the data to be selected:

在打开的新窗口中选择指定的数据：

Make sure the required database is selected (2). Data can be filtered out of the database by se-

lecting specific parameters, e.g. model, color, paintline, checkzone (3). The time range can be

narrowed down (4) e.g. to the actual week or day.

在 (2) 处确定选择所需的数据库。数据通过选择指定的参数从数据库中筛选出，例如：车型、颜色、

喷涂线、检查区域 (3). 在 (4) 中设定时间范围，例如：实际的周数或天数。

By pressing the "Show Data" button (5), the selected datasets will be filtered out of the database

and transferred to a new Excel sheet:

点击“显示数据”按钮 (5), 选择的数据将从数据库中筛选出并输出到一个新的 Excel 表格中：
